Alphamab will retain the rights to develop and commercialize the related ADC products under the Collaboration Agreement, in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan Region (collectively, the \u201cGreater China Region\u201d). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
ArriVent will have exclusive rights to develop and commercialize the ADC products in the field of oncology in countries and regions outside of the Greater China Region and will be responsible for and bear the cost of the corresponding development of the ADC products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
